Kahou Farm is a locally owned and operated hydroponic farm, nested in Water Valley, Alberta specializing in strawberries & lettuce.

Fallentimber began as an apiary on the family farm in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the late 1960s. In 2010 we combined our love of beekeeping with our passion for brewing and grew the family business into Canada’s largest meadery. Our sparkling mead cocktails are light, refreshing, and carbonated with only a touch of sweetness. They differ from our traditional style meads and are the perfect handcrafted cocktail to pack on your next adventure or enjoy on the patio. 

Sandy is a Saskatchewan native who is very proud of her upbringing that was based in the deep rooted values that all true success comes from expert-level knowledge, focused hard work and always putting clients first. Now calling Water Valley home, Sandy is absolutely passionate about educating her clients throughout every step of the real estate process, whether she is working with first time home buyers, relocation clients or acreage/farm owners. Her extensive real estate experience and local market insight allows her clients the confidence to make the best decisions possible!
